General provisions

  1. The customer voluntarily provides their personal data and agrees to provide it to third parties under the conditions specified below.
  2. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
  3. If the website user believes that the controller or processor is processing their personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of private and personal life or contrary to the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, they may: - request an explanation from the seller or processor at their electronic address or in writing, - request the controller or processor to rectify the situation by sending a request to their electronic address or in writing.
  4. If the website user requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information to their electronic address or in writing by mail. The controller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information according to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information, in the case of repeated requests.
  5. The seller is a duly registered personal data controller. Customer personal data is secured against misuse. Handling of customer personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended and in force.
  6. Any errors, questions, data breaches, or misuse of personal data can be reported to the relevant Office for Personal Data Protection. (ÚOOÚ)
