Our production
Heating, glass or perhaps hardening, melting and firing. We supply turnkey electric and gas industrial furnaces to customers all over the world, providing everything from development to installation to warranty testing. In addition to furnaces, we can also handle the complex supply of process heaters.
We take care of complete supply and installation of piping systems. We can provide you with water, air, heat, steam, as well as heating and industrial gases. You can rely on the quality and compliance of piping systems with the legislation.
Media treatment (e.g. compressed air), surface treatment or cleaning and blowing. For these applications, we also supply customers with electric and mobile compressors and compressor stations from renowned brands such as KAESER.
When you purchase equipment with electronics (e.g. technologies with control systems or electrically controlled components) from ZM SERVIS MORAVIA, you do not need to find anyone for electrical installation work. Our qualified experts will provide them for you on a turnkey basis, in accordance with standards and special regulations.
Do you need to design and document a machine or structure to your exact requirements? We will take care of complete design and production documentation - from the initial design to detailed shop drawings. We use modern computer technology and 3D tools to ensure that you get accurate and reliable outputs from us.
Sometimes the equipment needs to withstand temperatures of up to 2,000 °C or other extreme conditions. That's why we have responded and, in addition to traditional materials such as stainless steel or carbon steel, we also focus on welding copper or titanium.
The design and manufacture of equipment is only part of our work for customers in the heavy industry and beyond. We also carry out servicing of technological equipment, assembly of machines, welding and locksmith work or regular inspections and maintenance.
